Welcome to the online notes for System Analysis and Control.
Material for the class is organized into three chapters:
Modeling
Analysis
Control
Within each chapter, there are a number of topics, each with a separate page.
Each topic takes 40-50min to cover in class (two topics per lecture).
Appendices¶
The book ends with a set of appendices that are not meant to be a reference for prerequisite material. Instead, they function as a “deeper layer” of the text: a place to justify results that are used in the main chapters but whose full derivations would interrupt the flow of the course or go beyond the intended scope. Practically, the appendices exist for curious readers who want to know why something is true, not just how to use it. They are entirely optional!
